What we keep, and what we don't.

This is a small website for a small wine bar. We collect as little as we can, and we only use it to answer you.

Draft for the owners' review. Please read this through and tell us anything that does not match how the bar actually handles guest information before the site goes live.

The event inquiry form

If you send an event inquiry, the form asks for your name, phone number, email address, the date you have in mind, your party size and a message. That is all of it.

What you send is emailed to the bar so a person can read it and write back. We keep it in our email the way we keep any other note from a guest. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

No accounts, no tracking

There is nothing to sign up for here, so there are no passwords or profiles. The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run an analytics tracker that follows you between sites.

Our web host keeps ordinary server logs, the kind every website has, to serve pages and keep the site up.

Links that leave the site

Our Instagram links take you to Instagram, and the directions link takes you to Google Maps. Those are other companies with their own privacy policies, and once you land there you are in their hands, not ours.

Children

This is a bar. The site is meant for adults of legal drinking age, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
